Showed up too early
I ordered the item for a birthday, and it showed up a week early. The product was as advertised and arrived in good shape. E A R L Y. Which I did not want, I wanted it to show up on the date promised on the website.

Unbelievable! :)
My cousins generously sent me a memorial to my father which was a Southern Magnolia tree. I called up this company to ask if it would survive a New York winter and they told me that it was very unlikely. I explained that I will give the tree away to a friend who lives in Maryland and Jenelle explained that that will be a much more acceptable place for the tree to grow. She then told me that she still wanted me to have something as a memorial to my father who recently passed. She told me to pick out anything else that I wanted and they would send it to me for free!! I picked out a gardenia plant and they sent it to me promptly. It is in great shape, as was the Southern Magnolia tree that they first sent to me. I don't know of another company who would do something that's as kind and generous as they did! Thank you so much, Magnolia Company! I will spread the word for people to buy from you!!!

Nano memorial tree
I sent this to my daughter and her family so my 2 year old granddaughter could participate in planting as a memorial for her “Nano”. The tree came very quickly, packaging was excellent, and the tree is beautiful. Glad I chose this company for my special gift💗

This tree was purchased as a gift in NJ – the plant was packaged so neatly and tightly, it arrived in perfect condition. The extra effort in wrapping and care was noticeable – the plant itself was so healthy and beautiful. The recipient loved the gift very much; I am planning to purchase again from The Magnolia Company again; excited to gift other options as well. Thanks so much!

Beautiful!
I sent the gardenia tree this to my niece and her husband as a remembrance of his grandmother. He cried (he doesn't cry...) and the plant is beautiful. My niece said it looked like it came from a florist not through the mail. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful!
Such a lovely surprise from my nieces when my mom passed away. The packaging was beautiful, the plant was in great condition when I received it and the "in Memory of" ornament was such a lovely touch.
