I have ordered magnolia wreaths from this company before but my red wreath is a FIRST!!!! Red perfection!!!! I enjoy two months of red themed tabletop dinnerware, etc to be taken down March 1st and am enjoying the look enhanced by my latest purchase....Each leaf is exquisite and in total makes such a statement in my family room/keeping room. Beautiful Red lacquer wreath

I've been wanting to get the red lacquer wreath for a while, and finally did. It is absolutely beautiful. I was horrified when I came home and saw our pressure cleaners didn't take it off the door so it was dripping wet. I immediately took it inside and dried it the best I could because I remember the note that said no direct moisture. So far it's still as shiny as when I opened the box, thank goodness! Had a huge party and a lot of compliments on it.

Large 28” wreath

I recently replaced our two large 28” red lacquer wreaths that we had for 10 years!!! I tried to get the large wreaths last year, but they didnt have them and purchased two 23” instead. This year they had the 28” offered and had to snag them up. They are beautiful!!! One suggestion i would give is to have a few extra loose red leafs included in the purchase. As one reviewer said, sometimes the red lacquer chips off and brown shows underneath. I did have to call the company about excessive chipping of the lacquer on my 23” wreaths last year. They shipped a few loose red pieces and I hot glued them in. The one thing that disappointed me most was the box my new wreaths came in. In prior years the wreaths came in a sturdy cardboard box with ‘TheMagnolia Company” on the top of the box. I stored our wreaths in them each year (again…10+ years).This year it is a plain brown box that will NOT last past a season or two. Very very flimsy. I know there are supply side issues…companies are facing different obstacles…so it's just a disappointment but it doesnt take away from how darn beautiful these wreaths are!!

I am sure you have seen them, and they are available almost anywhere from Target, to Amazon, Hobby Lobby, Home Depot. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, and we are hopeful to have our original boxes in that size back in production for your future orders. We purchase only top quality paints, we give dedicated time for the product to cure prior to shipping and we pay extra attention to the packing and shipping preparations to try and ensure the the wreath remains very secure during transportation. Now, with that being said, there are occasions that something that may be out of our control causes the product to be less then our level of standard. We always encourage our customers to contact us so that hopefully we can rectify the situation prior to the survey request. In some cases you may be able to simple cut off a few of the leaves and we can send you replacements that can be hot glued into place, and if that is not acceptable or adequate enough we will stand behind our products and we can offer a replacement or a credit.
